  • What are your business hours?

    Monday – Friday 8 am – 5pm 

    Saturday  9 am – 4pm 

  • How do I apply?

    Prospects are able to apply online for free! SDG Management requires proof of income and photo Identification. Criminal and Credit Checks are required before being approved to sign a lease.

  • What utilities are included in rent?

    Tenants are responsible for water, electricity, cable/internet.

  • What are the move-in fees?

    SDG Management requires first month, last month, and a security deposit (equivalent to one month of rent).

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How long is the typical lease term?

    SDG Management offers 12-month lease terms. Our management team will reach out to tenants 90 days prior to the end of their lease with renewal options.

  • Are you pet friendly?

    Yes, SDG Management is pet-friendly! There are no breed or weight restrictions. A one-time non-refundable pet fee ranging from $250 - $500 per pet based on location, is required. Depending on location of the building, there is an additional monthly fee of $25-$35. 


  • Is parking available?

    Parking is available at select locations on a first come first serve basis. Monthly parking rates range from $150 - $400 based on location.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
